Refunds and Returns Policy

At Foottopic, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following policy carefully to understand your rights and how to return or exchange products.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Foottopic within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned with all original tags still attached and in its original packaging.
  • The product must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Footwear should not show any signs of wear on the soles or interior.

If the item is not in the original condition as outlined, it may be rejected for return or exchange.


2. How to Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email us at info@foottopic.click within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
    • Include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization:
    Upon receiving your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted.

  3. Pack the Item:

    • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring that the item(s) are secure to prevent damage during transit.
    • Include a copy of your order receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item, or a defective product).
    • For returns and exchanges, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. Foottopic is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that your return has been processed. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after the returned item has been received.
  • Refunds are for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective items).

Please note that if you paid for your order via a third-party payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay), the refund will be processed to your original payment method. If you paid via credit card, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@foottopic.click. We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note:

  • You will need to return the item you want to exchange, and the new item will be shipped after the return is processed.
  • If you are requesting an exchange for a higher-priced item, you may be asked to pay the difference.
  • If you are requesting an exchange for a lower-priced item, we will process a refund for the difference after receiving the returned product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us Immediately:
    • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.
    • Include a description of the issue, along with photos of the damage or defect.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once we have verified the damage or defect, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us at no cost to you.
  3. Replacement or Refund:
    • After receiving the damaged or defective item, we will either send you a replacement product (subject to availability) or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used, worn, or damaged items that do not meet the return conditions

7. Late Returns

Returns made after the 30-day return window will not be accepted. We recommend that you check your order immediately upon arrival to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.


8. Exemptions to the Refund Policy

Foottopic reserves the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
  • If the return is initiated after the 30-day return window has passed.
  • If the item is deemed to be used or altered in any way that affects its resale value.

9. Refunds to Gift Recipients

If you received a gift from someone else and would like to return it, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser’s method of payment. If you prefer store credit, we can issue a gift card for the value of the return.
